Quiet Wisdom: In-Person Spring 2026 Session

In this 3-hour in-person session, participants will have the opportunity to explore the practices from the virtual meditation in a live community setting. Practices to be explored include breathwork, movement meditation, silent nature immersion, compassion meditation, live sound bath, and more.

Participants will also have an opportunity to practice-teach breathwork portion to fellow participants in small groups for classroom and personal application.
