Movement & Sound Meditation Circles: 2026-27 Series

In this year-long course, participants are invited to join a vibrant community of educators in a weekly synchronous virtual Circle. Each Circle will explore:

  • a theme that is designed around participant's weekly feedback

  • a guided gentle movement sequence & flow with modifications for accessibility

  • a live curated sound bath

  • group share-outs for integration and self-reflection

Sound baths are a meditation practice that require participants to rest in an extended savasana (rest pose), tune into their senses, and listen to the frequencies and soothing tones of the instruments playing in the soundscape. They offer many benefits for our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. (Headphones or earbuds are highly recommended for a truly immersive listening experience.)

When we take time to replenish ourselves and fill our own cup, we are able to serve others from the overflow. This allows us to show up to our classrooms feeling regulated, sustainable, and impactful for the students we work with everyday.
