Resilient Lesson Planning - Fall 2025
Resilient Lesson Planning is designed to empower educators with the skills and strategies needed to create flexible, equity-centered lessons that thrive across varied learning environments. Grounded in the principles of resilient pedagogy, this course helps participants design instruction that is responsive to diverse student needs, adaptable to changing circumstances, and deeply rooted in engagement and inclusivity.
Through interactive asynchronous modules, educators will explore theory-based readings, real-world examples, and hands-on activities that offer practical strategies for revising existing lesson plans and developing new ones. Multimedia resources, including videos, case studies, and planning templates, guide participants in translating theory into practice. In addition to self-paced learning, the course includes collaborative projects, discussion threads, and optional office hours, providing space for peer feedback and deeper dialogue. By the end of the course, educators will be equipped with the tools and confidence to design lessons that are not only resilient, but also meaningful and impactful in any setting.
