Quiet Wisdom: In-Person Spring 2024 Session

In this 3-hour in-person session, participants will have the opportunity to explore the practices from the virtual meditation in a live community setting. Practices to be explored include breathwork, affirmations and tapping, forest bathing with a self-guided nature walk, compassion meditation and live sound bath. Participants will also have an opportunity to practice-teach the breathwork portion to fellow participants in small groups for classroom and personal application.
